Welcome to our second newsletter from BT Manchester Staff.
The reunion is this Friday! That came round quickly!!
I thought I'd just go quickly over the arrangements for the day. We have exclusive use of the upper floor at The Moon Under The Water from 3:00pm onwards. Like the last time we will have a reception area on the first floor landing. Please sign in and collect a sticky name badge.
I think by now everyone knows that tickets are not required for this informal reunion and that partners are also welcome. I just thought I mention it again, you'd be surprised how many people ask about tickets.
Raffle tickets will be on sale in the reception area. Proceeds to be donated to The Christie Hospital. Tickets will be £1 each or £3 for a strip of five, bargain! The prizes will be on display at the reunion. The draw will be made at about 8:00pm, if you can't stay around for the draw make sure you put your contact details on the back of each ticket you buy.
Food will be available, order at the bar and give a table number. Please be patient the kitchen will be working flat out. Last year everyone that ordered food got their meal with a short delay at the busiest times. A big thanks to the Weatherspoon's staff for a tremendous effort.
We are keen to collect any photos taken at the event to add to our website's photo gallery. Just click on the 'Photos' button and then the 'Upload' button. If you prefer you can email them to me graham.whiteside@btmrstaff.co.uk. Please keep the size each email below 10 Meg to make sure they get to us. There will be leaflets available at the event please pass them around to anyone taking photos.
We will also publish any any feedback or reports from the reunion. Either email them to me graham.whiteside@btmrstaff.co.uk or post them on the Contact us page.
